A course confirmation letter will be sent to you within a week of your application being received. If you do not receive a confirmation or have any questions about the booking procedure please contact Charles Aina.

Booking conditions

• Please do not attend a training course if you have not received a confirmation letter
• If you fail to attend a training course for which you have booked a place without telling us you will be charged a cancellation fee of £25 per day of training missed. We will contact your manager or organisation if the cancellation fee is not paid
• We will only give you a certificate of attendance if you attend all of the course
• If you arrive late or leave early you will disupt your own and the other participants' learning. If you arrive late or leave early you may be declined entry to the course and asked to rebook for a later date
• Courses are free to voluntary and statutory sector workers in Lambeth and Southwark
• People who work outside Lambeth and Southwark must pay fees of £60 per full day and £30 per half day of training, or for voluntary organisations and charities, £30 per full day and £15 per half day
